You already know most of what you should be doing. Nearly everyone does. The distance between knowing and doing was never a discipline problem. It's an architecture problem. Beneath every repeated pattern, stalled relationship, and capped career sits a set of beliefs that were installed long before you were old enough to choose them.
AWAKE is a nonprofit foundation whose mission is education in self-actualization and leadership: teaching people to identify the subconscious architecture quietly running their lives, and to rebuild it on purpose. We publish that teaching as free lectures and free courses, because the work should not be gated behind what someone can pay.
Not through more information. Through practice, honest structure, and teachers who have done the rebuilding themselves.
Three places the work actually happens
Every AWAKE course, lecture, and gathering is built around the same three practices, because clarity that doesn't show up in your habits, your output, and your relationships isn't clarity yet. It's just a nice idea.
Conscious Living
The architecture of attention. Most days run on autopilot, with reaction standing in for choice. Conscious Living is the discipline of closing that gap, building the self-awareness and daily structure that let you operate from clarity instead of compulsion.
Creation
Building what only you can build. Every person carries capability that has never been named, let alone mastered. Creation is where it gets identified, trained, and put to work: in a business, a craft, or a body of work that reflects your actual capacity.
Relationship
Where the work gets tested. Nothing exposes a blind spot like another person. Relationship is showing up honestly with partners, family, teams, and community, from clarity instead of old expectation and unspoken debt.
Taught by people who did their own rebuilding first
AWAKE's teaching is led by physicians, strategists, and builders who didn't arrive at this work theoretically. Every teacher in the AWAKE Collective, from clinical leadership to facilitation, has been through their own reconstruction, and brought decades of combined experience across medicine, business, and traditional practice to build something more rigorous than the wellness industry's usual language allows.
A place built for depth, not distraction
The House of Faith sits on four private acres in Crescent Beach, British Columbia, a working sanctuary with studio, therapy, and accommodation space for up to twenty-two guests, built specifically to hold the kind of focused, uninterrupted work this requires.

What does AWAKE actually teach?
Three practices, taught in order: Conscious Living, Creation, and Relationship. In plain terms: where your attention goes, what you build with your capability, and how honestly you show up with other people. The teaching is about changing how those operate day to day, not about collecting more theory.
Is it really free?
The entry course and the recorded lectures are free, permanently. There is no card required, no trial that converts, and nothing withheld to sell you a larger package later. AWAKE is a nonprofit foundation, and free education is the point rather than a promotion.
Do I need to believe anything in particular?
No. The work does not require adopting a belief system, and nothing here asks you to. It asks you to look honestly at how you currently operate and to practise something different. What you conclude from that is yours.
Is AWAKE a school? Do I get a credential?
No. AWAKE is a nonprofit foundation providing public education, not an academic institution. There is no enrolment process, no tuition, no grades, and no certificate at the end. What you get is the teaching and the practice.
Do I have to come to Crescent Beach?
No. The course and the lecture library are online and available anywhere. The House of Faith in Crescent Beach, British Columbia hosts the in-person sessions for people who want them, but nothing requires travel.
How can I support the foundation?
Donations fund the free teaching, and volunteering helps deliver it. Both are genuinely useful, and neither is a condition of access to anything on this site.
